These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of the publishing subscriptions and property marketing services offered at business.luxuryhomesshowcase.com by Luxury Homes Showcase, a DBA and publishing imprint of Authoritative Content LLC.
What your subscription includes
We prepare magazine pages using listing details, photographs and contact information supplied for your homes. Your plan includes writing, design and publishing, plus the look books and buying guides in which we publish your homes. Additional listings do not increase your subscription fee.
Placement depends on the applicable publication, listing eligibility, available materials and production schedule. A subscription does not guarantee inclusion in every title, a specific position in an issue, or a specific number of readers, inquiries, leads or sales. This is a publishing and marketing service; physical magazine shipments are not included unless separately agreed.
Plans and billing
- Founding Partner: $297 every three months.
- Standard: $897 every three months.
The $99 and $299 monthly equivalents are comparisons only. Payments are quarterly, not monthly. Any applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout. There is no free trial or separate signup fee for these plans.
By placing a subscription order, you authorize the initial payment and recurring charges every three months to your payment method until you cancel future renewals. Your account shows your subscription and next payment date. Your founding rate stays the same while your subscription remains active. Cancellation ends the continuing-rate promise; any later purchase is subject to the offer available at that time.
Fall membership with Summer included
For invited agents already featured in our Summer editions, the first membership payment covers Fall. The already-published Summer placement is included at no additional charge. This is a publishing bonus, not a charge to unlock the public magazine, a free trial, or a six-month billing period. The next membership charge is three months after the initial purchase. We confirm the production schedule and listing updates needed for each Fall edition.
Optional property website and video services
Single Property Website: $99 once per property when purchased separately, or $49 once through the magazine membership checkout offer. The service includes website setup using your listing photos, details and contact information, plus 12 months of hosting. It does not create an automatic subscription. Custom domain registration is not included. Contact us about continued hosting before the included 12 months end; no later hosting price or extension is promised by this purchase.
Property Video Plan: $197 every three months when purchased separately, or $97 every three months when purchased through the magazine member offer. The member offer price applies to the initial charge and future renewals of that video subscription. This is an optional subscription billed separately from your magazine membership. It covers videos made from your listing photos and details for all your active property listings, including new listings added during the paid quarter, for use in your property spreads. On-location filming is not included.
The price and billing interval shown at checkout or on the accepted offer apply to your order. Video renewals continue until cancelled. You can cancel future video renewals at any time; service continues through the paid quarter. The cancellation and refund terms below also apply to these services. For a one-time website purchase, there are no future automatic renewals to cancel. Production for these services includes preparing your website or video using your property materials.
After ordering, email hello@luxuryhomesshowcase.com with your order number and property details so we can arrange setup or production. You must have permission to use and authorize us to publish the photos, descriptions and other materials you provide.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time through My Account under Subscriptions, or by contacting hello@luxuryhomesshowcase.com. Cancel before your next scheduled renewal to stop that charge. If you have difficulty cancelling online, contact us promptly for help.
Unless an initial purchase is refunded before production starts, your service continues through the end of the quarter you have already paid for. Cancelling does not require a reason and does not automatically remove pages that have already been published.
Refunds
If you cancel your initial purchase before we start production, we will refund that initial purchase. Contact us to request cancellation and the refund. Once production has started, we do not provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of a paid quarter when you cancel. Production includes writing, editing, designing or preparing your purchased publication pages. For the Fall offer, Summer work completed before your purchase does not by itself mean that production on your paid Fall service has started.
If you believe a charge was made in error or we have not provided the purchased service, contact us so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that apply under law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Published pages after cancellation
Already-published magazine pages stay online after cancellation as part of our publication archive. We do not guarantee permanent hosting or indefinite availability. Publications may later be updated, moved or removed for operational, legal or rights-related reasons. We cannot retrieve copies already downloaded, distributed or shared by readers. Contact us about errors, privacy concerns or requests relating to published material.
Your listing materials and permissions
Provide accurate listing details and notify us of important changes. Only provide photographs, descriptions, logos and other materials you have authority to use and authorize us to publish. You authorize us to reproduce, edit, format and distribute those materials as needed to create, promote and deliver the agreed publications and maintain the publication archive. You retain your rights in the materials you supply.
Do not submit private access codes, confidential seller information, unlawful content or material that violates another person’s rights. You are responsible for obtaining permissions needed from photographers, brokers, owners or other rights holders. Contact us promptly about publication errors or rights concerns.
Accounts and payment problems
Keep your account and payment information current and protect your login credentials. Square securely processes payments. If a payment fails, the system may retry it and send payment notices. Your subscription and new production may be placed on hold while payment remains unpaid. You can review your account and update your payment method through My Account.
Privacy and service changes
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle account, transaction and publication information. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Material changes affecting future renewals will be communicated before they apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
