This policy applies to Luxury Homes Showcase magazine and property video subscriptions, and single property website services, provided by Luxury Homes Showcase, a DBA and publishing imprint of Authoritative Content LLC.
Cancel future renewals anytime
You can cancel future renewals through My Account under Subscriptions, or email hello@luxuryhomesshowcase.com. Cancel before your next scheduled renewal to stop that charge. If you have difficulty cancelling online, contact us promptly for help.
Unless an initial purchase is refunded before production begins, your service continues through the end of the quarter you have paid for. Cancellation does not require a reason.
Refund before initial production begins
If you cancel your initial purchase before we start production, we will refund that initial purchase. Contact us with your order number or account email so we can locate your purchase and process the request.
For the Fall membership offer with Summer included free, the initial payment purchases Fall service. Summer work completed before your purchase does not by itself mean that production on your paid Fall service has started.
After production starts
Once production starts, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a paid quarter when you cancel. Production includes writing, editing, designing or preparing your publication pages, property website or property videos. You can still cancel future renewals and use the service through the paid quarter.
If you believe a charge was made in error or we have not provided the purchased service, contact us so we can review it. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that apply under law.
One-time website purchases
A single property website includes setup and 12 months of hosting, paid once. It does not renew automatically. The initial-purchase refund policy above applies if you cancel before website production begins. Contact us with your order number about any issue with the purchased service.
Published pages
Already-published pages stay online after cancellation as part of our publication archive, without a guarantee of permanent hosting. Publications may later be updated, moved or removed for operational, legal or rights-related reasons. We cannot retrieve copies already downloaded, distributed or shared by readers.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time until the credit appears depends on Square and your bank. These purchases are publishing and property marketing services; there is no physical product to ship back.
