Luxury Homes Showcase began with a frustration we could no longer ignore: remarkable homes were getting lost in crowded advertising pages. Small photos. Competing logos. Little room to tell a home’s story. And too much of the work left to the agent.
After more than 25 years creating print and digital magazines, our team knew there was a better way. So we built it.

We love magazines. For more than 25 years, our team has worked on the details that make people stop, look and keep reading: the right photograph, a thoughtful story and pages that feel like they belong together.
That is why the familiar real estate magazine model frustrated us. Too often, we saw homes squeezed into small spaces, agent portraits competing with property photos and a different design on every page. An agent could pay for placement and still have to find a designer, prepare the artwork and meet another production deadline. We kept asking why this was still the accepted way to do things.
We did not want to keep waiting for that model to change. Luxury Homes Showcase began with a simple belief: people open a home magazine to explore homes. Give them beautiful photography, useful details, clear prices and stories that help them picture life there. Make the magazine worth their time.
That belief shaped how we work. We produce the pages in-house, with a consistent editorial style and room for the home to shine. The agent’s name and contact details belong alongside the property, where an interested reader can find them. Writing, design and publishing are part of the service.
We brought the same care to the digital experience. We built our own reader and bookshelf, with visual contents and links that let someone go straight to a home. A magazine should be easy to explore—and easy for an agent to share with a buyer or open at a listing appointment.
We created LHS for solo agents and small teams who care deeply about their listings but do not have a publishing department. They should not need one to present their homes beautifully.
Publishing is our passion. LHS is how we put that passion to work: a magazine readers want to open, and finished work agents are proud to share.
